Iron Sharpens Iron
Our small group training groups consist of 5 person teams that meet twice a week for a 60 minute class. Each team member will participate in an individualized workout within the group setting. Sessions will focus on functional strength and conditioning training that will increase your physical fitness and challenge your mental stamina. Small group training is for every fitness level from beginner to advanced.
Small group training allows you to have a personalized workout while still getting the motivation and camaraderie that group training has to offer.
